Biography

Nicholas Hull-Malham burst onto stage at the age of four as Baby Bear in ‘Teddy Bear's Picnic'. This was the start of a life full of adventures that lead him along various career paths. His love of people, intuition and empathy took him from being a professional musician and song and dance man, to becoming a journalist, therapist and life coach. Having survived  cancer twice he now faces the challenge of living with Parkinson’s disease.  After having cancer for the first time he became a stand up comedian before concentrating on becoming a writer.

Believing passionately in living life to the full, he loves NY and has lost money in Vegas, likes listening to people’s stories and meditates often. There are over 7000 songs on his computer from Bach to Hendrix not forgetting the Sex Pistols, Stevie Wonder and Jay-Z.

Inspirational, insightful and loyal with a wicked sense of humour and the ability to put both feet in his mouth (metaphorically) is how his friends describe him. Having searched for the meaning of life he finds respite with a mug of hot chocolate. He is inseparable from his Blue Roan Cocker Spaniel who is the light of his life.

He has written for various publications including Disability Times and has had a self-help column in GT magazine.

When asked to describe himself he remains silent but if he was to put aside this modesty he would say ‘I am fabulous, handsome, courageous, accomplished, intuitive, deserving of recognition, talented, insightful, persuasive, brave, a good friend, and thoughtful lover, able to cope in crisis, and open to new things,’
